The beginning of new life is one of the most important moments in any expectant parent's life. Letting me help you document your pregnancy is so very important. My maternity sessions take place outdoors, in my home studio with professional lighting or we can even use natural lighting in the comfort of your own home. You get to decide how we tell your story. Capturing the emotion between soon to be parents is something I absolutely LOVE to do.

Fresh 48 Photography is a special session for those new families who want the first few hours of their newborn's life captured without having the entire labor or birth documented (or unable to due so due to complications). Held within the first 48 hours of your baby's life, these lifestyle sessions are perfect for remembering that first day forever. Shots of your little one's first yawns, cute little baby feet, fingers, meeting siblings, having their first feeding, these are the types of things I will be documenting. Along with quiet moments between you and your little one. I will come to your place of birth within that first 48 hours. This is not a traditional newborn session. I will not pose the baby, or bring props or lights.
This will just be me, capturing your baby's sweet new moments in a fresh and natural way!

Fresh 48 Sessions are an editorial style look at your baby’s first hours earthside. Whether giving birth in a hospital or at home, those first moments are precious and deserve to be documented. Fresh 48 sessions should be scheduled as far in advance as possible, but no less that one month prior to ensure availability.
*price includes hospitals that are within 30 miles of Dexter. A fee for mileage will be added to hospitals located further than 30 miles one-way from Dexter, Mo
